Tsk . . . there you go again Chawles . . . exercising the devil out of your creative imagination to bring us the worst possible case scenario. What's a warranty? It's basically an insurance policy assuring you that if something goes wrong you're covered, isn't it? Well, being able to offer manufacturers and resellers a policy against consumer (including employee) fraud and, to some extent, against theft is a benefit your normal "workmanship and materials" warranty doesn't include. . . right? So, if you're Warrantech might you offer your clients a bit of a discount on your warranty (you WOULD expect their clients to PAY for the warranty, wouldn't you?) if they buy the Tracker ID package? For the cost of putting TRKR's ID number on their products any sizeable client would surely realize the economy of doing so pretty quickly. Just my demented musings, Chawles.
