Dear TP: SO, what does that have to do with George W.? He proposed his plan, he has stuck by HIS PLAN since the beginning of his campaign. He has indicated he would NOT support a larger plan. So, why are you mentioning his name in all of this??? George's plan is a good one, leave it alone. JDN
