Hello, Wei: regarding OMNY, as best I can tell the major worry right now seems to be that the company isn't adding subscribers as fast as stockholders would like (or as fast as the company had forecast) -- which puts into question the real level of "demand" for its products and services.

Otherwise, I haven't seen much else that gives me a huge amount of concern (it's still experiencing big financial losses, but that was expected at this stage -- and last week it gave revised "guidance" projecting fourth-quarter results better than the street-estimates. See: biz.yahoo.com -- final Q4 figures are due to be released Feb. 28th).

All that said, enthusiasm for OMNY seems rather limited right now -- so whether it's worth getting into at this point, and at what level, your guess is as good as mine. I recently bought some at 3-1/8 and sold it today at 3-3/4 -- had originally planned to hold longer, but was getting uneasy about the daily action and decided to sell so I could pick up some NVTL instead during a big dip on that one today. It's quite possible I'll try some OMNY again on another dip -- but I'm not offering advice to anybody else, one way or the other...
