TA, The Goldman Sachs survey of IT managers paints a very positive picture....not anything close to the doom and gloom we had been expecting...meanwhile the Naz has tanked over the last 8 to 10 months. It may be a factor going forward if enough people are convinced the worst is over. Also CNBC noted that put/call ratio had spiked over 80 before the rally started...a good contrarian indicator. The positive news on IT spending can be a reason to get money back into the markets and get Naz out of the trading range.
