Zeev, actually the combined company is valued at around 54 billion or so. Regardless, point well taken. But my instinct tells me not to miss out this 'opportunity'.

do you mean to say 44B :)? From Yahoo!, JDSU has 961.5MM and SDLI 87.4MM, that amounts to 961.5MM + (87.4MM * 3.8 = 332.1MM) = 1.294B, or $53.378B cap
