Likely so however 28 million are due to the SP 500 adjustment re the merger. The fact that JDSU held strong over 42 after hours indicates that the shares also got a bounce from the move in the techs. Typically shares will sell down in the after hours during a SP 500 addition. Think the risk/reward is to the upside and continue to accumulate on weakness. Support in the $37 area.
