IT budget to increase 9.9% (or $550K average) increase for full year 2001. To put that in perspective for network IT spend, 2000 saw a
9.5% increase

That sure takes some of the doubt out of the 2nd half recovery story.
Many will come to this realization soon enough.
I would like to see this result in a steady upward move in the Naz.
