Taken from StockHouse: Vote against it, Ralph took about $90,000 in salary. What did he do to earn it? Nothing, the guy is bleeding the till. Let's vote him out. The company is proposing to have the shareholders vote on a 5 for 1 Roll and name Change.Back on Jan.22/02. Reason: To ensure future financing...Go Figure. So much for shareholder value?????????????// Source: Notice of Annual General Meeting of Members which I received as a shareholder 2weeks ago...Good Bye SOE for Good..and especially AVL.......I lost all faith in these guys. Thankful for recupping most of my cash and moving on to real companies: ie: Inmet Mining ,Richmont Mining , Pioneer and KRY/TSE... At least they have real CASH IN THEIR TREASURES and Actually have good properties and production.. PS: I suppose one has to learn the hard way.......Thank you Ralph . At least you taught me how to invest in some good companies!!!!!!!!
