Another Zicam user, Dee Wilson, reported that the Zicam worked wonderfully for him...knocking out his cold in mere days, and eliminating his cough in two nights.

I'm a little confused here. It sounds like proof of the old adage a doctor friend is fond of. "Left untreated, a cold will last for a week. If you treat the cold, it will only last for 7 days".
