Bill Gross is one of the few high profile investment world figures able to speak his mind about the stock market, as he neither invests in stocks nor sells them. so he can safely refrain from the hype emanating from WS in general. i have the highest respect for his judgment - i have followed his calls on the credit markets with great interest in recent years, and he usually knows of what he speaks. Pimco didn't get to be the biggest bond fund for nothing...
