It's also quite broad, and covers the use of the phosphate formulation in all other li-ion battery types, a fact that Lev has mentioned before. However, the proof is in the pudding. Mkt-e, along with other battery experts, are skeptical. VLNC will have to produce some exceptional batteries to convince them. Keep in mind, though, that Mkt-e has admitted testing with favorable results VLNC/Alliant military, cobalt-formulation batteries. Lev certainly knows what a good cobalt battery will do.
