Ron, you are incorrect the Clinton administration is the first in several years to actually improve the lot of the lowest wage earners in respect to income gap and buying power. During Reagan and Bush administrations the poor got substantially poorer, thus trickle down economics does just that trickles down meager bucks to the bottom

It's the statists that are the fervent believers in the trickle down theory. You ship a large fracton of peoples' money to Washington, trickle it down through hundreds of layers of bureaucracy, siphon off the bulk into boondoggles, and eventually someone in Ohio gets a couple of bucks worth of benefits.

Trickle down economics actually does work.
