Hawk Oil -HWK.A trades on CDNX. e-mail hawkoil@cadvision.com The President of Founders Energy is on the board of directors of Hawk Oil. Founders is unlocking value by converting into a royalty trust. Hawk Oil is not big enough to consider such a strategy but they do have an opportunity to shop the company around in order to maximize shareholder value. IMHO in most cases selling the company is the only strategy available to oil & gas microcaps if they which to eliminate the huge discount in value.
