yes..it is a joke. Any hope of the current administration coming to it's senses? NFW! I find it hard to believe that the traditional stance continues to be the norm. At some point someone from our generation is going to stand up...CLinton could have been he guy..now we wait. Political suicide for anyone who declares the "Emperor has no clothes"

what's really bizarre is that they call the guy a Drug Czar as if to tacitly indicate that something
UnAmerican is imbued in the process.

why not have an education Czar............ because it's stupid and totalitarianism has been rejected by the
west.

It's meaningful that movies like Traffic get made.
