the best method would be to reinstall everything then run the uninstall exe

I would appreciate suggestions from you or other geniuses
on this thread re-Windows98
On start-up an error message appeared, "Unable to load
msnp32.dll". As per MSFT I went to the System File Checker
Tool and followed the procedure to extract and restore the
file from the Win98CD-ROM at the end of which the message
said "The file was successfully extracted, re-start computer". I did so but I got the same error message.
Help!
