<AMAZON DOWNGRADED TO 'SELL' FROM 'HOLD' AT PRUDENTIAL SEC>
I guess we can eliminate Prudential from managing any financings for AMZN in the near future.

Kirby,

It was rumored that Morgan Stanley and Prudential were looking for more financing for Amazon after GSCO gave up. I can't confirm any of these rumors.

Some time ago Amazon sprung a leak. It is starting to turn into large cracks to make some stupid analogy.

I just can't see anyone wanting to lend Amazon money at the present time. Of course, thought that years ago too<G>

The analysts become stranger as the years go by at least in my mind. There were buys on Amazon by almost every sell side analyst when Amazon was trading at $100 per share. Now we have accumulate, holds, sells and maybe a buy somewhere.
