Richard, You can also look at the opinion of the bulk of the scientific community. A good example is global warming. Almost all atmospheric scientists believe that global warming is occuring, but the right wing is always able to find some slimeball scientist to claim otherwise. This suits the Republican agenda, so they use it as moral justification of their destructive activities. Scumbria BTW: I put my money where my mouth is. As a manager I always encourage people to work from home whenever possible. I don't like people wasting gas driving to work. And most of my meetings are by video conference, which works great.
