Sorry, I do not have an immidate site for these data. I just used my "memory". I am pretty sure hothat the peak in the rates as in 82 and in the 1966 to 1965 period, the rates were quite moderate. In the meanwhile, that old (by position in scmr bought at $30.25 just went out for a $1 loss ($29.25), it could have been worse.
