imo, it doesn't matter what grouping you use as long as it's representative and consistent.

Chartcraft (and Scobey when he was around) used IBD groups. I believe that DWA considers the IBD 198 groups as sub groups. DWA uses only about 40 groups. For a while (96 to 98) IBD stopped publishing the contents of their groups because of improper use. These issues have apparently been resolved because IBD started publishing them again in the first quarter of 1998.
