Every little bit helps. I think Jim Morgan gave PRIA and the 300 mm leaders a real boost with his conference call comments re the 300mm side of the business picking up while the 200mm side was ramping down.

Plus, to have two new funds during the past week file 13Ds on Edgar showing that they had more than 5% of PRIA doesn't hurt. ;-)

And as I posted on the NVLS thread, "there are no rules". Every time we think we understand what will start or stop a cycle in stock prices, the market proves us wrong. And it seems to be doing precisely that right now. On the AMAT thread, we have folks boasting about their AMAT short positions even as the Street hands them their heads.

Somehow, I think Gottfried has the right approach. Buy good stocks, then go enjoy ones life by sailing or whatever. Watching the tick by tick moves is not productive.
