DLK earnings report...

I have to agree with you that I was hoping for a stronger earnings report. I was also hoping to hear an announcement of specific figures in earnings through the use of the Global Market Pro. From the conference call, DLK is expecting an increase in GMP sales next quarter.

At this time the market sentiment is very negative for any stock in the wireless data area. Look at this chart comparing AETH, SVNX, PUMA, and DLK for the last 60 days.....the charts all look very similar.

The recent acquisitions made by DLK were made for the amount of revenues that could be generated in the future. IMO these acquisitions obviously did not begin to generate revenue that would have an effect on this earnings report. With the future earning projections made in the conference call, DLK seems confident for future earnings based in part by the earnings that can be generated through these acquisitions.

The following response was posted on another board to an investor's question made earlier in the month. These remarks were made by Paul Lieber, DLK Corporate Communications Mgr.

"1. Cross Communications-Their HipLink technology continues to be purchased
by big-name corporations in needs of enterprise messaging systems. Combining
this with DLK's existing wireless technology means a comprehensive
messaging system complete with advanced wireless capabilities and an equally
impressive wireless Gateway infrastructure.

2. Simkin-DLK has targeted healthcare, workforce automation and
finance, at the present time, as the 3 key vertical markets for our company
to target. These 3 markets have expressed the highest necessity for our
technology and the greatest opportunity for revenue as a result. Simkin
allows DLK greater access to the healthcare vertica.

3. Wares-on-TheWeb-Wares is a premier eCommerce enabler with an impressive
clientele. They have also recently partnered with Cable & Wireless, making
them a formidable provider of hosting solutions as well. Combining this with
DLK's abilities means premier enablement with wireless abilities
that bring this solution to the next step.

4. Five Star Advantage-5 Star provides the forgotten element behind
eCommerce, than being the fulfillment end of all transactions that occur.

THE BIG PICTURE: By combining WaresonTheWeb for site design, ASP hosting,
Cross for messaging, 5 Star for fulfillment of purchases as well as
DLK's Gateway and architecture (and related solutions) for the
potential of m-Commerce, the entire picture comes into focus. Additionally,
if the target company is in the healthcare vertical, Simkin allows for an
incredible total package."

Wireless data is an area that is very new, and not well understood. IMO the management, and the agreements made by DLK will eventually lead to a very successful company.
