Bluefish, A lot of what you say is true. I have made mistakes, as all of us have. I didn't claim to have busted unions. I said that the unions were defeated in elections by our employees because they were happy with their jobs. I had nothing to do with defeating them, and don't believe I said so. Yes, I said that I ran the company for effect. Many on these thread bend the truth sometimes for the same reasons. Perhaps you do not know of the frequency of such happenings. I will say, though, that when it came to workman's comp claims, or many other details regarding employee relations, it did fall into my lap. Both you and your Mother knew my alias, as I made it common knowledge to you. I did not anticipate either of you bringing the personal problems that were in progress to a public thread, and when your aliases first appeared, I felt that I was under attack by strangers, to which I always counter attack in an aggressive manner. And, when I knew it was her, and she had attempted to degrade me on a public thread, I became extremely angry. That is not so unusual for anyone to do. I did not bring the personal, family, dirty linens to this, or any other thread. I had mentioned to couple of friends that I was getting a divorce, but gave no reasons, nor denigrated your Mother in any way, until surprised by a personal airing of said dirty linen by her. Yes, I should have ignored it, but I did not. BTW, contrary to what you believe, sexual appetite had nothing to do with it. The bouts of ulcer eruptions began long before the first planned visit by Colleen. During last year, there were 3 or 4 admissions to the hospital. It has been 6 months now and, not only have there been no admissions, but my health, and ability to be productive, is much stronger. That could, very well, be coincidence, and I will not belabor that point. Now, I think it is time for us to cease airing this dirty linen on this or, any other thread. It is unfair to subject all of these others to our difficulties, which I hope will fade in intensity. It was an unfortunate, and unnecessary, incident, and I bear as much blame as anyone, but not all of it. ~H~
