There goes the neighborhood! Just when it appeared that Harlem was turning the corner for the better, Clinton shows up to set up shop. The sad part of this is, the folks in Harlem think it is a positive to have Clinton there. I guess Harlem was not as far along on the road of recovery as I had previously thought.

He was involve in some sort of demonstration against some power plant, or something like that, and was arrested but, was probably let go fairly quickly. If it was a power plant, California could use it now.
