They were mid-range versus previous guidance on revenues, bottom of range on eps, back to mid-range for full fiscal year.

Given the macro-economic conditions and our current visibility, we estimate growth to be 10-15 percent in fiscal 2002 compared to fiscal 2001.

Maybe justifies a forward P/E of 15x $1.00 ps eps.
