One must wonder what if any guidance nortel supplied jdsu when doing the swiss deal that closed earlier this week?

Has anyone listened to NT's conference call? If not, I'll try to catch the replay. Well, I'll catch it anyway.

Even without knowing what's said, it's pretty clear why JDSU guided as they did.
