Charles, Myself, I think salaries should be based on performance. If they can deliver the goods for the company an make the dream become a reality, then give it to them within reason. After all, they are the ones putting in the 20 hr. days an 7 day weeks. They are the ones chasing down the investors an customers an putting it all together an in a lot of cases, their own money.;-))))) Ron

Morning Charles, Well now. Looking at the T/As for this for the day an after doing my downloads for the night, I feel pretty good on this for the next several days. I see a lot of support for this at 24. A lot of buying that wants in. A big improvement over yesterday. I've looked at their SEC filing an I really like it. I know that they are still in the red but the promise is there. Made a 1/2 mil. in the 1st Q. since they have come on line with this new product. They should equal or surpass in the next quarter. Increased my position today an it looks like just in time. Paid a little more then I wanted but then like my broker said,"If you really want it, your only looking at 25 dollars". The seller blinked an I snatched it up. So we had a nice compromise.;-))))))) He got out an I got in.;-)))))) I like the Stochastics. They have turned to the upside. Thats good.;-))))) The MACD is weak but tomorrow could change that. The ADX/ADXR still shows selling going on but then again, that could change tomorrow or over the next couple of days. If we get an up tick tomorrow that looks good, then I see this taking a dramatic change over the next couple of days to the positive side. By the way, whos program are you using?????? So for now we will have to wait an see what happens in todays trading. Catcha on the upside, Ron PS. Its nice to see that there is another T/Aer out there. It gets real lonely sometimes.;-))))))))
