Beautiful time of year, Azaleas and Rhodies and Dogwoods in full bloom and no outdoor Shakespeare tourist crap. Last year we looked at real estate. Some of the houses are up to $700k now, we were stunned. This is a little college town in the middle of nowhere. Guess who's driving up the prices. Maybe this year we'll bid $800k and pick up a little place, Ho Ho Ho.
