I'm talking about the character that Mike Myers also plays in Dr. Evil! See? Mike Myers returns as Austin Powers, to battle the returning Dr. Evil (also played by Myers) in this sequel to Austin Powers. The plot has Dr. Evil (and his diminutive pal, Mini-Me, ala The Island of Dr. Moreau) traveling back to the 60s to steal Austin's mojo. When he finds himself powerless in the present, Austin must travel back in time to once again stop Dr. Evil. Heather Graham plays the female lead, Felicity Shagwell, this time out. Kristen Johnston portrays an ex-KGB agent, Ivana Humpalot. Seth Green (as Scott Evil) also returns, and Rob Lowe plays the young Number Two, while Robert Wagner reappears as the elder Number Two. Mike McCullers and Mike Myers wrote the script.
