The Dems usually limited their investigations to one topic. With the Clintons, the investigations rambled through every detail of their lives over the last 30 years.

Nobody can withstand such scrutiny, not should they be subjected to it. Constitutional rights apply for everyone in this country.

Nope. It just means that he didn't within a certain period of time. That can be a few days for cocaine, to weeks for marijuana. And if he was taking something that wasn't being screened for...

Anything but a surprise drug test is pretty worthless.
