What possible orders could be so big in a quarter as to account for almost $2 billion sales shortfall?

I suspect something is very wrong with the internal forecasting mechanisms at Nortel. A few hundred million might be in the range of tolerance; this miss ain't.

Roth was buying at $35...................It just confirms that he doesn't have a clue what's going on in the buisness......Like a lot of fund managers over the past 8 years, he looked like a hero......However, he now looks like a turd..
