Hi Jdaasoc; Including graphics, your statistics were 174 to 128, advantage DDR. Without graphics, your statistics were 97 to 69, advantage DDR. In terms of rations, those are quite similar to the statistics I got, but I didn't separate into graphics and non graphics.

As far as "So half of the DDR jobs are for the existing graphic cards field", the data doesn't suggest this. All it takes is one mention of "graphics" on the page and you would have us assume that the page hit describes graphics DDR. There could be multiple jobs mentioned on the same page, including software, etc. In fact, per your statistics, 56% of the DDR mentions also mentioned graphics, while 54% of the RDRAM mentions did. Hardly much of a difference.

Re: "and there is about 30 more jobs for DDR vs Rambus memory for non graphics area." This is not an accurate description of the situation in that most job descriptions aren't included in the google search area. The only data you can get is relative amounts, in that area, DDR is ahead in both graphics and non graphics. In fact, most of the hits I get aren't even for employment, this is only a statistical sampling method.

Here's a typical google hit:
Employment Opportunities
... Title: Chief Pizza Engineer Location: Rapid City ... in Abend, Accelerated Graphics Port
(AGP), Access ... DDR II SDRAM, DDR SDRAM, DHTML ... Read Only Memory (EPROM), ERP ...

But when you go to the link you find that it is out of date...
