last time i checked nt was about 25 % of the index, but its still pretty awesome. i do not think the tse removed nortel from the calc's that day, i think the tse went down about 8 % that day, (about 800 points) on a level of about 10000

Actually they just didn't trade it because volume was too high for our third world exchange to handle. The resulting drop was indeed included in the index calculation though.
