You can wish anything you like on this thread, Hank. Go right ahead.

But, you know the old saying ... wish in one hand, and dump (or another 4 letter word that would probably get ****'d out) in the other .. then watch and see which hand fills up faster.

There's still hope. No kidding. Really! However, there are also a lot of competitors out there chasing a shrinking number of prospects that haven't already purchased from one of the bigger names (such as Siebel). The eCRM market is full of vendors that all have their own spin on "The Solution". The trick is to make those prospects recognize the name "FirstWave" when they hear it. So, if FSTW could make a really, really big splash by announcing a sale to a really, really big name company ... nah ... too easy.

Besides, those of us who remember the Microsoft announcement (that we all interpreted as being lots better than it seemed to have turned out) would just roll our eyes and guffaw ...
