Susan -You are wrong. As directions, I posted the letter I was jioining, with my selections on Jan.31.
However, I did not set up the portfolio with prices until close of Feb.1.
Some did set up the portfolio before close Feb1.
Please do your DD. Do not include the innocent with the guilty.
