I think its civil negligence what went on here.

Thanks for posting that article John. I am trying to figure out what is going on in this space as many of my current holdings are smaller tech stocks that sell subassemblies to guys like NT, LU and CIEN.

It seems clear to me from that article that NT is getting whipped by CIEN in the long-haul optical equipment arena.
