I can think of a number of good things - all of which are things they could have done worse. They are not in debt, which would subject shareholders to the cruelest type of change in ownership on a downturn. They have not sold low - either to supply one OEM exclusively or to give their property away. They have protected their intellectual property. They have more or less stuck with the business plan.

We don't know a lot of what is going on (therefore, uncertainty). It is my hope that they have already found a partner to replace Siemens and right now i's are being dotted and t's crossed, as they should have had plenty of warning and should have been trying to line up new systems integrators anyway. We hope that new motorcycle/scooter clients are just around the corner as that is what they promised us they were doing with the $30 mill and from our knowledge they are in an enviable position in that arena. The frustration is that it has been a LONG time since any positive announcement and they told us they would become more frequent at the AGM. But, if they have been taking care of business, think how undervalued this company is.

I also hope that they are searching for the type of Chief Executive a large business needs, a person who can let go of the details of the technology, and who is kind of a smoothie (just hope he/she isn't the type that takes advantage of shareholders and the company). It is time to transition to that kind of person and I hope that the large shareholders are pushing that.
