That could explain his recent controversial actions, like the Marc Rich pardon, the expensive digs, etc. Tenchusatsu, How do you know its controversial.....because the media and Reps tell you its so. I have not heard one legal expert comment. However, I have heard a lot of judgemental a-holes out there who think they know everything and are legal experts on pardons. They are the same ones in the last 8 years who said Clinton would go to jail or get impeached. Guess what? They were wrong then and I bet they are wrong now. You got to watch out for that Rep. spin....that's what it is too often...just spin. ted
