" Why don't you make up an honest and truthful flaw."

Well, since I already mentioned the one about his DWI, I'll skip that one. I guess you buy his "I forgot to inform the SEC" on his insider trading. I might mention when he told Gore during the debates that he wouldn't back giving up soft money because Gore was outspending him 2 to 1. We all know that he transposes numbers and might not understand he had the figures reversed. I might also mention that he claimed he used bi-partisan work to get the Child Health Insurance Program in Texas passed when he vetoed it, twice. But I guess you would say that Democrats and republicans working together to over-ride his veto was bi-partisan, so I guess technically he wasn't lying there. I could talk about how Bush made a bunch of claims about Gore's lies, most of which happened to be untrue. But lying about someone lying is so recursive.

You want links? Type in "Bush lies" in any search engine and it will provide you with reams of stuff to deny and spin. Here, chew your way through this one

captimes.com

I would be interested to see your justifications on how these aren't really lies by Bush. Maybe it was his evil twin "Skippy" that said them.

Is that the best you can do? Accuse GW of lying when slick Willy is revered by many as the king of liars. Why don't you make up an honest and truthful flaw. I would agree that all politicians lie, but GW doesn't seem to lie any more than the average politician. If you have proof, please provide a link.

He's lied over his sexual activities and you call him the king of liars. Do you always exaggerate?

Or do you prefer a president who fails to mention his problems with DUI until its brought to the media's attention...definitely, a much more serious matter. I think the American people should have had more time than a few days to evaluate whether they wanted an alcoholic running the country. But your man didn't think it was that important and his Rep. colleagues immediately put out the spin that the unveiling of the DUI charges was a Dem setup which managed to confuse the issue and effectively prevented anyone from asking some intelligent questions like, "Capt Amerika, are you in a 12 step program? If so, for how long? Do you follow the 12 steps faithfully?"

Now, no one knows...and we only have his word that he has been sober for 15 years. Hopefully, he will stay sober for the next 4 years.
