Huh? Which options are you talking about? Future options? You like to drink AvGas for breakfast? -g-

Luc is thinking of some market index options that get priced out and settled based on Friday open and the games that are played with that. I never heard of an equity type option that expired at 13:15 friday, so educate us.

Then there are American equity options on the common which legally expire on the Saturday after the third friday. Useful, but it is sort of hard to trade them on Saturday, other than exercise them.
