Need an explanation please! Grubman refers to GX's capacity sales as being "recurring" whereas dark fiber sales not being so. What does this mean? I was under the assumption that GX's capacity sales were IRU's where GX receives an upfront cash payment which fully and immediately impacts cash revenue and adjusted EBITDA but only partially (eg. 1/10th or 1/20th) impacts GAAP revenue in year 1. How is this different from the accounting treatment of dark fiber sales? How are dark fiber sales different from GX capacity sales in terms of their "quality" or meaningfulness to a company like GX? THANKS.
