I'm noticing this pattern over and over, however: Solidity at yet another 30% to 40% below current prices, with little between down there and where we are now (even after the 10-30% bite taken out this morning) but effervescent wishes and dreams. siliconinvestor.com GLW's only safe, really, in the low $20s: Everything between $24 and, say, $40 is posturing. I'm thinking of it like a spinal cord; $25, $26, $27, etc. are like L5, L6, L7, etc., except there's no fluid in the disc. Ivan

Well, this is the little brown guy dropping on the litter-gravel whilst the furry haunches shiver with the delectation of release. Let the Wall Street lynxes and minxes scratch around in that litter for X period of time (and whilst another few kitties drop their big bombs?), then it'll be time to go in. Big money to be made then, so hold on to that capital. Question is: How long is X period? Days or weeks? We're in terra incognita here. Ivan

Allan, Ok, time to try another test-case. VIAN's been an A-student of Kitty State U thus far, and this is a textbook signal: "down day" for the market in general, panic in the sub-sector, snow in the air (we're due for the "storm of the century" here today; wonder if that's a calendar century or "CTD"), one huge trade of 1.5 million shares for the anchor (buy or sell, who cares, it's exhaustion either way).
