Today Bill CLinton's legacy to the black community is alive and well. Its a fact . Heard it on KCBS 740 a main stream radio station. IN Oakland 69 % of the black youths cannot pass grade 9. Yes dont let facts stand in your way. And make sure that we dont try vouchers or any risky right wing schemes. Smaller class sizes will do the trick. Remember that black youths could only be taught by black teachers. ANother great liberal idea. Sure has worked out well.
