Where did I say black teachers can't teach ? I said that you liberals kicked white teachers out of the inner city schools and if you read your liberal papers all they say is that the inner city children dont have qualified teachers. If A=B and B=C then A must be equal to C. But not in liberal fantasy land. Qualified black teachers can teach but not ones rushed through the system to satisfy quotas. It is your papers who are condemning the inner city teachers as inferior. I guess the NY times is a racist paper.
