Look when Jesse Jackson says in one voice we want to be CEO but in the next voice says we don't score well in your tests because we don't understand your culture don't you see the problem ? If they don't understand the predominate culture than how can they run a company which is attempting to sell and cater to the predominate culture. I suggest you read a great book written by John H McWhorter an associate Professor of Linguistics at UofC Berkeley. It is called "LOSING THE RACE" subtitled "SELF_SABOTAGE in BLACK AMERICA" He is a young black author and if you read the book it will open your eyes to a different view. He talks about the separatist conception of "blackness" and the anti-bias against braininess which is embedded in black American culture as a whole. This conditions blacks to view academic achievement as a "white" realm that the "authentic" black person dwells in only for financial gain or to chronicle black victimhood.
