Hi Rich, I wanted to clear up the minimum's in relationship to the Newport Software.

FWIW - Set the minimum shares to trade at 5%. 3000 x .05 = 150. Then I would set the minimum dollar amount to $1000. $1500 will work also. I would have to check, but I believe minimum dollar amount over rides the minimum amount of shares to trade.

I got on Excite Chat with Tom this afternoon and he gave me the skinny on the matter. He said that the largest of the two minimums becomes the controlling factor. So if you set the minimum shares to trade at 150 based on the current stock price of $7 and the minimum dollar amount to $1500, then the $1500 amount is the controller. The minimum shares would become the controller once the stock price is above $10.

We both wondered how this is handled in the AI software and the PCA software. Since most of us are using different software vendors it could become confusing at some times if we don't know the defaults.

Larry can you tell us how it works with AI?
