Should that be "if" not "when?"

SCMR and CORV ought to merge. Agree SCMR needs to merge but I wouldn't choose CORV.

Why would we forget WDM if/when CORV (Algety) shows off its solitons? Algety had developed soliton WDM transmission systems before CORV acquired them.
