Tinker

You did see the lily pond link that came from the Wind thread posted about a week ago. It has been moved from the site Mosher had in his report. It has about 8 different markets that Wind might dominate, any of which might tornado.

In their last conference call WIND forecast a 37.5% tax rate for their fiscal 4Q01 ending 1/31/01. Their goal is to achieve pro forma operating margins of 20% during fiscal year 02, not to have pro forma EBIT of 20% for the whole fiscal year.

Pro forma EBIT margin for WIND's 3Q01 ending 10/31/00 was 9.5%. The company has forecast that they'll continue to improve pro forma EBIT margin in 4Q01. The only guidance they've given for fiscal year 02 is 30% revenue growth. They said they'd give guidance on operating margins and other metrics in the next call (that'll be on 3/1/01).
