Sure, but Clinton raised more illegal money than any in history.

Clinton's constituents included totalitarian China - and they certainly had Clinton change his policy for illegal cash - that transfer of missile technology from Clinton's #1 giver didn't hurt either. And we can't forget fugitive Marc Rich, can we?

That other reply mentioned missile technology transferred to our good buddies the Commie Chinese. The best-known case was Lockheed Martin. The were fined the astounding ;-: sum of $13M for this. But a transfer just as large that received little publicity and no punishment at all was that by Loral. The CEO of Loral is Bernie Schwarz- -one of Slick's largest contributors.
I guess LMT just has to learn that if you're going to commit crimes, you should bribe Presidents first.
