If the market is closed on Mon, does that mean that you can sell any puts or calls on Tues for the Feb expiration, or is today the last day to sell?

Donald,

In light of Friday's OEX failure, the 3BC pattern appears to be at the top of a downtrend move, rather than the bottom. That removes my primary objection to your reference.
