Making that prediction sounds like a desperate act to me.

Since he made it, silver's dropped another 6 cents. Silver imbalance has existed for years with no detectable effect. Surging PPI and CPI doing jack for price. I still have a little PAAS because I dislike the chances for the US dollar, but it's making a monkey out of me (again).

One day, but apparently not soon.
